Be Food Conscious- Consider Making a healthy meal for Valentines Day. Serve food lower in salt and fat content, provide more fruit and vegetables, and make less sugary sweets for an overall healthy Valentines Day.

Go Easy on the Bubbly- If you decide to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Excessive alcohol use has immediate effects that increase the risk of many harmful health conditions. It is also the 3rd leading cause of preventable death. Bigelow Family Home Care encourages you to drink responsibly.
